What is SDC Vantage?
SDC Vantage exists to provide organizations with the clarity necessary to achieve workforce alignment and unity of purpose. Making high-stakes decisions about hiring, culture, and retention based on instinct rather than evidence comes with costs to efficiency, but also trust. When leadership and the workforce operate with different assumptions, alignment fades and momentum stalls.
SDC Vantage appreciates the complexity of human systems and is here to help you understand what's going on "under the hood" of your organization, team, department, or agency. An organization that is truly self-aware, knowing where it is strong, where it is stretched, and where it is headed is an organization that moves in unity.
Who is SDC Vantage?
Hey, I'm Matt. Let's collaborate.

Before starting SDC Vantage, I was a Senior Analyst at The RAND Corporation, conducting workforce analysis, organizational assessments, and policy research for the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Space Force, and other Federal and State agencies.
I spent nearly a decade working on organizational problems that had no obvious answers or off-the-shelf solutions. When teams needed to process large volumes of unstructured text, I built the processes to do it. When federal clients needed scalable data collection systems, I designed them. I bring a unique combination of technical proficiency, domain expertise, and tenacity. I am ready to collect and analyze your data, build the model, diagnose the issues, deliver the insight, and automate the process for the next round.
